This product is used for the rapid melting of massive and bagged asphalt. It can solve the problems of uneven heating aging, slow melting rate and wasted energy consumption of the existing process oil tank.

Solid asphalt constant temperature thermal cutting system is an adjustable thermostatic heat carrier circulation system to continuously and quickly divides large volume of solid asphalt into small pieces of asphalt with width of 5-10 cm. This system is the core system of solid asphalt melting of the equipment: 1. Increase the heating area of solid asphalt.2. The block asphalt is initially preheating and melted to the flow shape.
3. Horizontal mixing system
The system adopts the horizontal whole body mixing with the tank body, using 11 kw frequency conversion control power. When the asphalt temperature is low and the viscosity is large, and the solid asphalt is not completely melted, low speed mixing, the peristalsis movement of materials in the equipment to avoid the full integration of local high temperature and high and low temperature asphalt. When the asphalt is completely melted, high speed mixing can be carried out.
4. Hydraulic flap feeding system
Using the feeding mode of the heating plate, the feeding board has a heating device, working at 120ºC, can make the ton bag of asphalt smoothly into the equipment solid asphalt constant temperature thermal cutting system. Solid asphalt enters in the back section of the equipment, and the front section of hot asphalt is pumped out, which can form continuous feeding. After the feeding, the turning plate is closed to forming a confined space, reducing the heat loss and improving the melting speed.
